A challenging ride up through Rangiwahia and Taihape to Waiouru. Enjoy the mostly downhill ride to Whanganui before heading to Palmy in the wee hours the next day. 

6am start with a 27 hour time limit. 

Experienced riders only, be fully prepared for all weather and mechanical issues.  

There is a short section of gravel after Rangiwahia.
