Riding Permanents

Permanent rides are routes approved by Kiwi Randonneurs and are similar to calendar rides, following similar rules. For more detail, check out our rules on this site.

Permanent rides are homologated by Kiwi Randonneurs in New Zealand and are not recognized by ACP but do count to your overall annual distance and will show in the results for the season you ride in.

How to register for a Permanent?

1. If you haven't purchased a season pass for Permanents/DIY with your membership, you'll need to do this before you register
2. Select a Ride from the Route Library on this page and note the Route Code
3. Enter using the entry form on this page and enter the Route Code
4. Indicate when you wish to ride the Permanent
5. The ride organizer will email you an e-brevet card
6. Ride the route and email the ride organizer your control evidence
