Kiwi Hunt 1200k

The Kiwi Hunt is a 1200km randonnee organised by Kiwi Randonneurs in the South Island of New Zealand. The ride is varied including the plains of Canterbury, four mountain passes, the rugged West Coast. Much of the ride spent experiencing scenic beauty of the Southern Alps and the wilderness of Te Wahipounamu – South West New Zealand World Heritage Area.

It was first held in February 2012. The date of the next Kiwi Hunt has not yet been scheduled but with popular demand (especially internationally), we're likely to host this ride again within the next 2-3 years.

Update:The renamed ride, the Tiki Tour 1200k will start on 12 March 2017. With the start and finish at Queenstown (instead of Christchurch as used in 2012).. We'll be finalising the route during June/July 2016.
